Welcome to Hebrew for Christians. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of learnhebrewforchristians.com and any related services, content, and products (collectively, the “Service”). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Service.
1. Who We Are
Hebrew for Christians is an independent educational resource for Christians learning Biblical Hebrew. We are not affiliated with any specific seminary, denomination, or congregation.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old (or 16 in the European Economic Area) to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet this requirement.
3. Your Account & Subscriptions
- Newsletter signup. When you sign up for our newsletter, you authorize us to send you the newsletter and related communications. You may unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.
- Paid products. Some products (e.g., Lifetime Membership, Starter Kit) require payment. Pricing, billing terms, and refund policies for each product are disclosed at the point of purchase.
- Account security. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
- Copy, reproduce, distribute, sell, or commercially exploit any content from the Service without our written permission.
- Scrape, crawl, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract data from the Service through automated means without our written permission.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service or interfere with its operation.
- Submit content that is false, misleading, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise harmful.
5. Intellectual Property
All content on the Service — including text, graphics, logos, audio, code, and the underlying design — is owned by or licensed to Hebrew for Christians and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may view and share content for personal, non-commercial use, but you may not republish or redistribute content without our written permission. Bible translations cited on the Service are used under fair use or in accordance with the relevant translation's license terms.
6. User Content
If you submit content to the Service (e.g., comments, feedback, replies to emails), you grant Hebrew for Christians a worldwide, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with operating and promoting the Service. You represent that you have the rights necessary to grant this license.
7. Educational Content Disclaimer
The content provided by Hebrew for Christians is for educational and devotional purposes only. While we strive for accuracy in our presentation of Biblical Hebrew, we make no warranty regarding the completeness, doctrinal interpretation, or scholarly authority of any content. Always consult qualified scholars, pastors, or teachers for theological guidance.

The Service may contain links to third-party sites or rely on third-party services (e.g., Substack, Kit, Stripe). We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party. Your interactions with third parties are governed by their respective terms.

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR SECURE.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, HEBREW FOR CHRISTIANS AND ITS OPERATORS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, SPECIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US (IF ANY) IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM, OR ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US$100), WHICHEVER IS GREATER.
11. Indemnification
You agree to defend and indemnify Hebrew for Christians and its operators against any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without notice, if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time.
13. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we'll update the “Effective date” above. Material changes will be communicated via the Service or email. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which Hebrew for Christians's primary operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in that state.
